Tapped the Maple Trees here in Munising, MI a couple days ago. Trying out the new 3/16 inch gravity vacuum tubing in part of the Sugar Bush this year. Like what we see so far.

We are getting close to tapping the Maples here in Munising, MI. Hoping to see the sap flowing in the next couple weeks.

Upgrading some of the Sugar Bush to the new 3/16 inch gravity vacuum tubing this year. We are excited about expanding our operation. Sugarin’ is in our blood.

We tapped the first Maple Tree here in Munising a few days ago and the sap is starting to flow.

The weather looks promising and were hoping for a great season.

Just received our new evaporator pan from Smoky Lake Maple in Wisconsin.
